  • Subscription and payment status

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store card details.

  • Create and manage your account
  • Run anonymised judging
  • Display awards and badges in your dashboard
  • Send essential emails such as entry confirmations and award notifications
  • Prevent fraud and abuse of the service

We do not sell your data.

Instagram Content

  • Awards submitted remain your content.
  • WCCA does not claim rights over your reels.
  • Winning reels may be featured by WCCA for award promotion.
  • Credit always remains with the creator via their Instagram profile.

Judging and Anonymity

  • Judges do not see names, email addresses, or Instagram handles.
  • Judging is carried out anonymously.
  • Personal information is never shared with judges.

Data Retention

  • Award entries and reel links are retained for historical integrity. This helps prevent duplicate wins etc.
  • If you request deletion, personal information may be anonymised where required by law.

Account Deletion

If you request deletion:

  • Your personal information is removed.
  • An anonymised record may be retained for fraud prevention purposes.
